A 60 minute interactive session hosted by Cynthia, in a one on one setting. All printable material will be provided.

A 90 minute in person session hosted by Cynthia at a local community centre. All material and food will be provided.

In home visit

Two,  60 minute, in person sessions with Cynthia, will take place in the comfort of your home. The first session is conducted during a family meal where Cynthia will observe and make notes. The second session will be to enjoy the family meal together with Cynthia. During this time Cynthia will coach and offer guidance.  Printed materials will be provided.

Please note for “At Home” visits that if your location is outside of my usual work area there will be an additional fee to cover the cost of travel and expenses
